8 months old!!

Charlotte turned 8 months old on November 27. She is crawling really fast and pulls herself to standing on anything that will hold still - she has even tried Cinder, but that didn't turn out too well. When we go into her room in the morning or after a nap, she is always standing and waiting for us with a big grin on her face. Charlotte can climb the stairs with a little help and is starting to cruise between different pieces of furniture.


She is very vocal and "sings" at the top of her voice while she plays. She'll also whisper under her breath as she crawls around - it actually sounds like she is talking because she has a lot of consonent sounds now! Her favorite toys are the little people and her books - especially the book with pictures of her family. She is very persistent when she wants something and will yell to make sure we know she is not happy until she gets it :) She is eating a ton - she loves cheerios and all the fruits and veggies we give to her. Her new favorite is the mac and cheese with vegetables dinner - yum!
