Who knew that cake decorating could be such an exhausting and expensive hobby!?! I'm taking a cake decorating class with some friends and have made 6 batches of icing in the last 4 days! Here is my final product, started in class and finished at home - I just couldn't leave it un-finished! My colors are a little off, but at least you can tell what it is. Kurt and I decided that since we didn't really have an occasion for the cake, we would make it a birthday cake for Cinder - too bad we don't know how old she is!!

Thanks goodness Nonni and Nunu are coming this weekend to help us eat it - don't worry Nonni, the inside is all chocolate!
