10 weeks

This week (and last) we started seeing a change in how Charlotte interacts...she makes a lot more eye contact and will coo or "talk" back and forth with us. She is grunting less while she sleeps, too :) She has started batting at toys when you hold them in front of her and loves the bouncy seat and the toys attached to that.

Charlotte spent a full day with Oma and Opa last Saturday while we bought a new car!! It was a good test run for everyone since I'm going back to work two weeks from today :( She has been doing well taking a bottle from anyone who will give it to her - she isn't one to turn down food!

This week we ran a lot of errands and also went to Little Village Play Place with Beth, Harriet, Kyle, Loren and Kaylynn. Charlotte seemed fascinated by all of the big kids...she sat in my lap and watched everyone for almost an hour - then passed out right in the middle of all of the chaos!

Our new game is flying on Mommy's legs - a good way to sneak in tummy time!
