11 weeks

Charlotte's 11 weeks marks the last Friday of my maternity leave. We had a full week! Charlotte and I went out to lunch a few times with the mommies and babies that we've met in our Tuesday group. We also went to Lincolnshire to show her off to my coworkers. Unfortunately, I came down with an infection on Wednesday, so I was pretty much out of it for a few days. Luckily, Oma was ready to jump in and take Charlotte for another practice round before they start spending days together next week! Thanks Oma!

We moved on to some 6 month clothes!




Cinder actually sat for a while and let us put Charlotte next to her! Also this week, Cinder sat at Charlotte's feet and was rewarded with a kick in the nose! Surprisingly, Cinder just started licking Charlotte's bare feet in response. (Charlotte's onesie says "In my little world, ceiling fans are fascinating.")



We found one baby item that you can live without. We have been using the pacifiers that we got at the hospital and I found some at Tar*get - they also had a little holder that you can clip to the baby so the paci doesn't get lost. The holder is huge! It looks hilarious and is so heavy that it makes the paci fall out of Charlotte's mouth. Oh, well...only a loss of $3.50!


Charlotte has continued to love her bouncy seat and will sit in it for 20 minutes, batting away at the little blue parrot!
