Denver

Kurt and I went to Denver for the weekend - without Charlotte! It was so nice to get away for a few days before #2 arrives. Tara was a wonderful hostess and we basically ate our way through Denver.

It was a great way to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary!

We went on a tour of the New Belgium Brewery - Kurt was very excited to have the extra samples


It was a very classy trip for two pregnant ladies:




We took a cooking class called Pasta, Pasta, Pasta! We made our own pasta, then put it in a carbonara sauce (yum!). Then, we used dried pasta to make a tomato/sausage dish that was really good. As we ate that, the instructors showed us how to make chocolate pasta with a nutella sauce and raspberry sauce.
